Why the Coffee Stains the Teeth
If the tannin contained in coffee is accumulated on the tooth enamel, teeth gets stained by coffee. Healthy oral hygiene can reduce this coloration, but the effect is not enough. Some whitening toothpastes can remove up to 90% of tooth surface coloration in 14 days. Sometimes, however, stronger measures are needed to clean a coffee stained tooth.
Bring your toothbrush and toothpaste to your workplace and use them after a having a morning coffee. Inconvenient? Simply rinsing your mouth with water after drinking coffee can keep your teeth bright and white.
